Quitting Rate Lower Among Smokers Who Can Buy cheap tobacco.

Smokers who had easy access to low-tax discount smokes sold on Indian reservations were less likely to quit - and more likely to relapse when they did - compared to smokers who paid higher prices, Medical Study News reported May 26.
